Responsibilities:-



Making outbound calls:

Initiating calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote products/services.

Handling inbound calls:

Responding to customer queries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.

Customer engagement:

Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and suggesting solutions.

Data management:

Recording call details, customer feedback, and follow-up requirements in the CRM system.

Meeting targets:

Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, lead generation, or customer interactions.

Collaboration:

Working with sales and marketing teams to align strategies.

Following scripts:

Adhering to provided scripts and guidelines for consistent messaging.

Generating leads:

Identifying and qualifying potential customers.

Following up on leads:

Contacting prospects to generate interest or schedule appointments.

Providing information:

Explaining products/services and answering customer questions.

Handling customer complaints:

Resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintaining records:

Keeping accurate records of customer interactions.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
