We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Telecaller
to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to reach out to potential and existing customers via telephone to generate sales, provide information, or follow up on inquiries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to handle rejection with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries, provide product details, or assist with complaints.
Maintain a detailed record of all calls, conversations, and follow-ups in the system.
Schedule appointments or product demonstrations when necessary.
Work towards achieving sales or lead generation targets.
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines consistently.
Collaborate with the sales team to close leads or update on customer feedback.
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar customer service/sales role is an advantage.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems or call center software.
Strong persuasive skills and goal-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills:
Multilingual ability (if relevant to target customers).
Ability to adapt quickly to product or process changes.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
