Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to potential students and parents from the provided leads database. Explain our educational services and study abroad programs clearly and convincingly. Handle inbound calls and respond to queries related to courses, institutions, fees, and application processes. Follow up regularly with interested leads to convert them into admissions. Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and conversions using CRM tools. Collaborate with the counseling and admissions teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and enrollment targets.

Requirements



Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred (education sector is a plus). Excellent verbal communication skills in English and [local language, if applicable]. Good listening skills and the ability to handle student/parent concerns empathetically. Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage. Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
