Location: Pune

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, explain products/services to customers, and maintain customer relationships. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers

Handle inbound queries and provide information

Explain products/services to customers

Maintain customer database and call records in Excel/CRM

Follow up on leads and convert into sales/appointments

Resolve customer queries professionally

Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Coordinate with sales/field teams if required

Eligibility & Requirements: 12th pass / Graduate

Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

Good verbal communication (Hindi/English/regional language)

Basic computer knowledge & typing skills

Comfortable working with targets

Pleasant voice and confident telephone manners

Preferred Skills: Customer handling skills

Convincing and negotiation skills

Active listening skills

Patience and problem-solving attitude
