Job Title: Telle caller Executive - Freshers only Location: Wakad(WFO - 3-7pm & 8-11 pm WFH) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telle caller Executive to join our IT Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our IT services, generating leads, and setting up meetings for the business development team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to HR professionals and decision-makers of various companies. Pitch requirement and services to potential clients. Understand client requirements and communicate effectively. Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales/recruitment team. Maintain and update the database regularly. Follow up on inquiries, proposals. Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients. ? Required Skills: Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus). Basic understanding of the recruitment/staffing industry. Good knowledge of MS Office, or sales tools. Qualifications: Minimum Graduation in any stream. Freshers with excellent communication skills are applicable only.
