energetic and target-driven Telecaller
who can handle
200+ calls per day
, including
cold calls and warm leads
, to promote our digital marketing services and generate qualified business leads.
The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, disciplined, and comfortable working with daily calling targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make
minimum 200 outbound calls per day
(cold + provided leads)
Pitch Spidery Web Agency's
digital marketing services
clearly and confidently
Understand client requirements and explain relevant solutions
Generate
qualified leads and appointments
for the sales team
Maintain call logs, lead status, and follow-up details in CRM / Google Sheets
Follow up with interested prospects and nurture them till closure stage
Meet
daily, weekly, and monthly call & lead targets
Maintain professional communication and brand representation
Coordinate with sales & marketing team for lead updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent
Hindi & English communication
(Marathi is a plus)
Confident voice, convincing skills, and objection handling ability
Comfortable with
high-volume calling (200 calls/day)
Basic knowledge of
digital marketing services
(training will be provided)
Ability to work with targets and pressure
Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, calling software)
Self-motivated, punctual, and disciplined
