Make outbound calls to potential customers from the marketing-generated lead database.
Explain the product/services offered and generate interest among prospects.
Follow scripts and pitching techniques to engage leads and qualify them.
Schedule appointments, demos, or forward hot leads to the sales team.
Following up with leads who may not be immediately ready to purchase, providing additional information and support to keep them engaged.
Developing a positive rapport with potential customers to foster trust and engagement.
Maintain and update the CRM system with lead status and detailed call notes.
Handle objections and rejections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide feedback on lead quality and marketing campaign performance.
Ensure follow-ups on warm and cold leads as per schedule.
Qualification: Graduation or equivalent (12th pass candidates with relevant experience may be considered).
Experience:
Experience in telecalling for retail, real estate, or service industry preferred.
Good communication skills
Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and strong follow-up abilities
