Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introducing PEB 360 Solutions and its services.

2. Information Dissemination: Provide detailed information about our Pre Engineered Building solutions, addressing queries, and explaining the benefits to prospects.

3. Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through telephonic interactions, capturing essential client details and requirements.

4. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for our sales team with interested prospects for further discussions and site visits.

5. Follow-up: Maintain a systematic follow-up process with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into customers.

6. Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and information in our CRM system.

7. Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activities, lead status, and progress.

Qualifications:- Fluent in English, Hindi

- Proven experience in telemarketing or tele sales preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Positive attitude, persuasive, and target-oriented.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
