Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers/clients as per the requirement.

Maintain daily call logs and update reports in Excel.
Handle customer queries and provide proper information.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely coordination.
Support the team in any administrative or data-related tasks.
Required Skills
Good communication skills (English/Hindi).
Strong MS Excel skills (data entry, filters, basic formulas, maintaining sheets).
Ability to handle calls confidently.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Prior telecalling/customer service experience is an added advantage.
