Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to potential clients from the database (exhibitors, event organizers, marketing managers, etc.). Explain company services related to

stall design, fabrication, branding & exhibition setup

. Understand client requirements and generate qualified leads. Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team or design team. Maintain and update client call log, follow-up records Send introductory emails, WhatsApp messages, and company profile to prospects. Coordinate with the design and operations team to share basic client requirements. Responsible for daily follow-ups until conversion. Handle inquiries received via calls, social media, and exhibitions. Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

Skills & Competencies



Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi - additional regional language is a plus). Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. Basic understanding of

exhibition stall design industry

will be added advantage. Good at MS Excel / CRM software. Ability to work under pressure & target-oriented environment. Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

Qualification



Graduate / Diploma in Marketing / Any discipline Professional telecalling or inside sales training is preferable
