Coordinate with the design and operations team to share basic client requirements.
Responsible for daily follow-ups until conversion.
Handle inquiries received via calls, social media, and exhibitions.
Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi - additional regional language is a plus).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Basic understanding of
exhibition stall design industry
will be added advantage.
Good at MS Excel / CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure & target-oriented environment.
