Roles & Responsibility:
Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls.
Acquiring and retaining contact information databases.
Calling drivers from the provided database and onboarding them explaining the company schemes and policies.
Making job posts on relevant platforms to collect databases.
Coordinating with the driver onboarding team for the onboarding process.
Cold calling and mass emailing to recruit a maximum number of drivers.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication abilities.
Exceptional communication and the capacity to switch up speaking approaches.
The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances.
Having a firm understanding of the products or services the business provides.
