We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident

Telecaller

to join our team . The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle patient inquiries professionally.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective patients and explain clinic services. Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about diabetic treatments and programs. Maintain and update patient records in the system. Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for consultations. Achieve daily and monthly call targets. Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in healthcare or clinic setup. Good communication skills in

Hindi, Marathi, and English

. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools). Ability to work in a target-oriented environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Education:

Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred
