Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and confident
Telecaller
to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in telecalling from industries such as
Real Estate, E-commerce, Public Relations, or Summits & Events
. The role involves client outreach, lead follow-up, and contributing to business growth through effective communication and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
Explain company services, upcoming events, and offerings.
Maintain call records and follow-up schedules.
Achieve daily and monthly call/conversion targets.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with the internal team for client and event updates.
Requirements:
Mandatory:
Prior telecalling experience in
Real Estate, E-commerce, PR Agencies, or Events/Summits
.
Excellent communication skills in
English
.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
