Role Summary

Make outbound calls to prospects, explain our EV-charging offerings, qualify leads, and book demos/meetings for the sales team. Maintain accurate records and complete timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Make 100-150 outbound calls daily to assigned leads Clearly explain product benefits; handle basic objections Qualify prospects (need, budget, authority, timeline) Schedule demos/meetings; send call summaries Update CRM/Google Sheets after every interaction Achieve weekly targets for connects, qualified leads, and demos
Must-Have Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication in

English & Hindi

(Marathi is a plus) Confident phone etiquette and active listening Basic computer skills: Google Sheets/Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business/CRM Discipline, persistence, and target orientation Freshers welcome; immediate joiners preferred
Good to Have

6-24 months in tele-calling/inside sales/BPO Interest in EV/clean-tech domain
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
