Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make

outbound calls

to potential and existing customers to promote FMCG products and generate sales leads. Handle

inbound inquiries

professionally and provide product information, pricing, and offers.

Follow up

with customers on quotations, orders, and payments.

Coordinate

with sales and logistics teams for order processing and timely deliveries. Maintain an accurate

database of customer interactions

, feedback, and sales records. Achieve

daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

Provide regular

feedback to management

on customer needs, competition, and product performance. Support marketing campaigns and

cross-sell/up-sell

products as per company strategy. Handle customer

complaints and service issues

in a timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
