1-2 years (Healthcare / Clinic experience preferred)
Qualification:
Any Graduate/HSC with Exp.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls for patient inquiries and appointment bookings.
Provide information about treatments, packages, and ongoing offers.
Maintain and update patient database in CRM.
Coordinate with doctors and front desk for scheduling.
Follow up with leads and ensure conversion into appointments.
Maintain professional communication and excellent service quality.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication & convincing skills.
Polite, confident, and patient while speaking to clients.
Basic computer & CRM handling skills.
Prior experience in clinic/hospital setup is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
