A Tele caller or Telesales Representative is responsible for generating sales over the telephone. A Telesales Representative contacts businesses, private individuals to solicit sales for the institution.
Responsibilities
Call potential leads & book their appointments for center visits.
Give brief about Le Mark & courses offered by Le Mark over the call to inquiries & gather as much information as you can.
Enter appropriate information about the leads & timely follow-up in CRM.
Conduct one on one & group counseling for inquiries that visit the Centre in absence of counselors.
Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly targets.
