Education: Any Graduate (UG), MBA preferred Experience: 0 - 5 years Gender: Female candidates only Age: 20 - 40 years Industry: Real Estate - Pre-Sales Department Working Hours: Full-Time, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Salary: ₹10,000 - ?15,000 + Incentives Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English

Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote properties and generate leads Respond to inbound calls and answer queries regarding real estate projects Schedule and coordinate site visits with potential buyers Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system Follow up with clients to provide additional information and close leads Maintain daily call records and submit daily progress reports
