We are seeking a Telecaller to join our team in Nashik.

The telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to achieve specific objectives. such as

Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls
Engaging potential customers in a friendly and informative manner to generate qualified leads
Clearly and confidently explaining the features and benefits of our offerings to female customers.
Conducting surveys gather valuable feedback.
Addressing inquiries and providing information, and resolving basic issues with empathy and understanding.
Maintaining call records: accurately document details of each call, including the outcome, customer responses, and any follow-up actions required, in the designated system.
Search and maintain the possible data as per the requirements of the product.
