Ensuring and Adhering to the Target set on Patient conversions.
Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, Booking appointments, and resolving queries.
Follow up on appointments booked/ Cancelled.
Objection handling on patient queries.
Adherence to the script & process.
Adherence to shifts/Login hours.
Responsible and ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting patients with issues and concerns related their
health.
Liaising with different stakeholders in patient's hospitalization and billing details.
Ensuring patient conversion on leads.
Strong active listening/comprehension skills: They must be able to listen actively to comprehend and decode the
customers' message.
Willingness to Learn/ Mentor New starts and be a team player.
Willingness to Take additional responsibilities and take feedback positively.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
Prior experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [mention languages].
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
Positive attitude and problem-solving ability
