Make outbound calls to potential schools/clients to promote and explain ERP software solutions.
Respond to inbound queries regarding products and services with accurate information.
Understand customer needs, ask relevant questions, and suggest suitable software features to meet their requirements.
Maintain and update customer information and interaction records in CRM systems.
Follow up with interested leads and schedule demos or meetings for field sales teams.
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and sales quotas as set by the management.
Handle objections, resolve complaints, and preserve the company's reputation.
Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Requirements
1+ years of experience as a Telecaller or in software/EdTech sales preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
Confidence, patience, and the ability to handle rejections tactfully.
Good organizational skills and experience with CRM software or database entry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Skills
Proactive and persuasive approach.
Strong listening and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of school processes or ERP software is a plus.
