We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential and existing customers over phone calls to promote our services, explain offerings, handle queries, and generate leads or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company services/products.
Handle inbound queries and provide relevant information.
Follow up with leads to ensure conversion.
Maintain and update the customer database.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Collect feedback from clients and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Minimum [12th pass/Graduate] or equivalent.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred (freshers can apply).
Good communication skills in [English/Hindi].
Ability to handle rejections and maintain persistence.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
