We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting sales growth through effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
Make outbound calls to potential leads and corporate databases to identify and generate new business opportunities.
Develop and execute professional email campaigns targeted at corporate clients.
Client Engagement & Meeting Coordination
Arrange and schedule meetings with corporate clients, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
Provide accurate information about company products, services, and ongoing offers to prospects and clients.
Database & Reporting Management
Maintain and update customer databases with up-to-date, accurate records.
Prepare and manage call logs, follow-up trackers, and reports for management review.
Relationship Building
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships to drive trust and repeat business.
Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize lead conversion and client satisfaction.
Collaboration & Team Support
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns and enhance conversion rates.
Share client insights and feedback to support continuous improvement in sales strategies.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle corporate interactions with professionalism and confidence.
Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Target-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in telecalling, lead generation, or sales support is an advantage.
