Job Summary:

Skytech Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Tele Counselors to join our Ghatkopar and Thane branches in Mumbai. The role involves telephonic counselling of prospective students for our aviation training programs and converting inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on inquiries

Provide detailed information about aviation training courses

Counsel students and parents regarding course suitability and career prospects

Convert leads into admissions through consistent follow-ups

Maintain daily call logs and student follow-up records

Work closely with the admissions and marketing team to achieve targets

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any discipline

1 to 5 years of experience in telecalling, counselling, or education sector

Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills

Confident and target-oriented approach

Experience in aviation, training, or educational counselling will be an added advantage

Immediate joiners preferred
