Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to make outgoing cold calls to prospective students and guide them to visit our academy for walk-in counseling.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads and inquiries Explain course details and benefits to prospective students Convince and schedule them for walk-in visits to the academy Maintain call records and follow-up logs Coordinate with counselors for scheduled walk-ins

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling or customer service Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English Ability to handle rejection and keep up call volume Must be comfortable working with targets
