Job Description

Candidate is responsible for generating and nurturing a pipeline of qualified leads, focusing on identifying and engaging with potential customers to drive new business opportunities. This role involves in-depth market research, lead generation, and initial engagement to move prospects through the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:


Identify and prioritize potential customers through various methods, including market research, networking, and online tools.

Prospecting:


Reach out to identified customer through various channels (phone, email, social media) to initiate contact and assess their needs.

Lead Qualification:


Determine which prospects are most likely to become customers by evaluating their needs, budget, and interest in the company's offerings.

Relationship Building:


Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and positioning the company's solutions effectively.

Sales Pipeline Management:


Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring that leads are followed up on and moved through the sales process efficiently.

Reporting and Analysis:


Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and sales performance.

Collaboration:


Work with other sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and share information.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to build rapport, engage effectively, and persuade prospects to engage further.

Research and Analytical Skills:

Ability to conduct thorough market research, identify trends, and analyze data to inform lead generation strategies.

Sales Skills:

Knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices for engaging with prospects.

CRM Proficiency:

Experience with CRM systems for managing leads, tracking interactions, and reporting on sales performance.

Industry Knowledge:

Understanding of the target industry and market dynamics.

Time Management:

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple leads, and meet deadlines.

Persuasion and Negotiation Skills:

Ability to effectively communicate the value proposition and negotiate terms to close deals.
