Job Title: Telecaller - Medical Wellness & Fitness Center
Location: Chennai / Full Time
Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year
Gender: Male & Female candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Explain our wellness and fitness services in a clear and engaging manner.
Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer records.
Schedule appointments and manage bookings.
Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
Work closely with the front desk and marketing team for lead conversions.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM usage preferred).
Positive attitude, patience, and customer-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
