As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, helping them with their matrimonial profile, and assisting them in finding suitable matches.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to users registered on Shaadi.com.- Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate matches.- Explain membership plans and help with profile upgrades.- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries.- Maintain records of calls and feedback in the system.Requirements:- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.- Basic computer knowledge.- Experience in customer service or tele calling is a plus.
