You'll be responsible for
handling client calls, managing social media accounts, generating leads, and assisting with sales conversion
. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in marketing and client-facing tasks while working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
Handle incoming client calls and queries professionally.
Convert inquiries into sales via
online or offline channels
wherever possible.
Maintain a daily/weekly log of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Facebook).
Post content, respond to messages/comments, and engage with followers.
Assist with online promotions and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to understand client requirements.
Provide regular updates to management on progress and results.
Required Skills & Tools:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in client interaction and sales conversion.
Basic social media knowledge (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Facebook).
Comfortable using Google Sheets or CRM for lead tracking.
Reliable smartphone and internet connection for WFH.
Qualifications:
Fresher or 0-1 year experience preferred.
Good command over English and Tamil; knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
Any educational background acceptable; focus on communication skills and learning ability.
Targets / Performance Expectations:
Make a minimum number of outbound calls daily (to be assigned).
Follow up with all leads and inquiries promptly.
Engage on social media and respond to messages/comments in a timely manner.
Maintain daily/weekly progress updates for management review.
Salary & Benefits:
Probation Salary:
?10,000/month (first 3 months)
Confirmed Salary:
?12,000/month (after probation, subject to performance)
Performance Bonus:
?1,000 - ?3,000/month for timely delivery & results

Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM IST
Must be reachable for client/project updates during working hours
Employment Terms (Legal & Compliance):
Probation Period: 3 months (confirmation based on performance)
Notice Period: 7 days during probation, 30 days after confirmation
Employee must maintain confidentiality of client data and company projects
