Act as a communication bridge between the company and farmers
Maintain accurate records of conversations, updates, and reports
Ensure clear understanding and effective information flow between all parties
Qualifications
------------------
Strong verbal communication skills in Marathi
Ability to explain information clearly and simply to farmers and stakeholders
Good listening and interpersonal skills
Ability to collect, understand, and relay information accurately
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, or CRM systems)
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
Proficiency in Marathi language
(speaking, reading, and understanding is required)
Basic knowledge of English is an added advantage
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or field coordination is preferred (freshers may also apply)
* Familiarity with the agriculture sector or working with farmers is an advantage
