Communicate

with farmers and other individuals working with the company Regularly interact with farmers to collect updates, feedback, and field-level information Share collected updates and insights with the internal company team in a timely manner Explain

new company strategies, plans, and techniques

to farmers and stakeholders in

simple and understandable Marathi

Act as a communication bridge between the company and farmers Maintain accurate records of conversations, updates, and reports Ensure clear understanding and effective information flow between all parties

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills in Marathi

Ability to explain information clearly and simply to farmers and stakeholders Good listening and interpersonal skills Ability to collect, understand, and relay information accurately Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, or CRM systems)

Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)

Proficiency in Marathi language

(speaking, reading, and understanding is required) Basic knowledge of English is an added advantage Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or field coordination is preferred (freshers may also apply) * Familiarity with the agriculture sector or working with farmers is an advantage
