Roles and Responsibilities:1. Outdial 50-75 customers on a daily basis2. Liaison with customer for upselling and cross selling3. Handle customer queries and explain about the product and offer information4. Manage and resolve customer complaints5. Enter new customer information into the system and update existing customer information6. Identify and escalate priority issues7.Follow communication procedures, guidelines and document all call information according to standard operating proceduresDesired Candidate Profile:1. Knowledge in telesales, telemarketing2. Fluency in local language is a must3. Prior experience in sales tele calling would be preferred4. Education: Min 10+2 or Graduation.5.
