Job Role & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote and explain our Ayurvedic wellness and sexual health products.
Confidently
communicate product benefits
to customers and assist them in selecting the right solutions.
Follow up regularly
with hot and cold leads, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure conversion.
Connect with existing customers
for feedback, repurchase, and relationship management.
Update and manage
lead/call data in Excel sheets
accurately on a daily basis.
Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
Maintain professionalism and empathy while discussing sensitive health-related topics.
Candidate Requirements:
Male candidate with
2-3 years of experience
in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
Must have excellent
communication and convincing skills
in
Hindi and English
.
Experience in the
Ayurvedic, wellness, or sexual health
domain will be preferred.
Confident, polite, and target-oriented personality.
Basic knowledge of
MS Excel
and lead management tools.
