Aerobix is proud to be Kerala's first tech-integrated fitness studio, located in the heart of Malappuram. We're revolutionizing the fitness experience with innovative technologies and holistic wellness programs. As we expand our reach, we are looking for energetic and passionate Telecallers to be the voice of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Aerobix's fitness programs and memberships. Explain our tech-driven services, fitness packages, and ongoing offers clearly and persuasively. Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with prospects to convert inquiries into sign-ups. Handle inbound calls and address general customer queries regarding programs, schedules, or pricing. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools. Coordinate with the front desk and trainers for appointment bookings and feedback.

Who We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills in Malayalam and basic English. Friendly, persuasive, and patient personality. Passionate about fitness and wellness (preferred but not mandatory). Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM etc.). Ability to work independently and meet daily call/lead targets.

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass. Graduates preferred. Previous experience in tele calling or customer support is an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
