Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our loan offerings.
Guide clients through the loan application process, answering any questions they may have.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in our database.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with clients.
Collaborate with the loan processing team to ensure smooth documentation and sanctioning processes.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in tele-calling or customer service (
