Telecallers
to promote and sell our loan products, including
home loans, property loans, car loans, and personal loans
. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining product benefits, and guiding them through the loan application process.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients for loan products.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow?ups.
Convert inquiries into successful loan applications.
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Requirements
Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Freshers welcome; prior experience in banking/finance telecalling is an advantage.
