Role Overview

We are hiring

Telecallers

for our loan operations vertical to handle outbound/inbound calls, explain loan products, collect basic information, and coordinate with operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers

Explain loan products and eligibility criteria

Collect and verify basic customer information

Coordinate with loan processing and operations teams

Maintain call records and follow-up trackers

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Any graduate / 12th pass candidates can apply

Experience in telecalling or BFSI preferred

Compensation

Fresher / 0-6 months : 1.8 - ?2.0 LPA 1-2 years experience : ₹2.2 - ?2.8 LPA
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
