Job Title: Telecaller - Lead Generation & Sales Support (Solar Industry)
Location: Surat, Gujarat

SMS ENTERPRISE is looking for a confident and professional Telecaller to support our solar sales
team. The role involves calling leads, explaining basic solar solutions, coordinating visits, and
maintaining lead records. English communication is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities

• Call daily leads provided by the company
• Communicate clearly with customers in Gujarati (speaking & writing compulsory)
• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads
• Explain basic information about solar systems and government subsidy (training will be

provided)

• Schedule site visits and meetings for sales executives
• Follow up with customers regularly
• Maintain lead data, call records, and follow-up status in Excel/CRM
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead status and closures

Candidate Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:

• Female candidate only
• Good communication skills in Gujarati (speaking & writing mandatory) and English (writing

mandatory)

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
• Confident voice and professional calling etiquette
• Ability to handle follow-ups and customer conversations

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales calling

• Experience in real estate, solar, insurance, or service industry
• Quick learner with positive attitude
