We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused

Telecaller

to join our Land Rover dealership team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, providing product information, and engaging potential customers with the premium Land Rover brand. You will play a key role in driving test drives, showroom visits, and supporting lead conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Make

outbound calls

to potential customers to generate interest in Land Rover vehicles. Handle

inbound inquiries

and provide accurate information on models, features, pricing, and dealership services. Maintain

customer engagement

with a premium communication tone aligned with the Land Rover brand. Use

CRM software

to update customer details, track lead status, and ensure timely follow-ups. Schedule

test drives

showroom visits

service appointments

. Manage

high call volumes

and ensure follow-ups are completed as per timelines. Work with the sales team to assist in achieving overall monthly lead and conversion targets. Meet or exceed daily/weekly

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent Preferred: Bachelor's degree

Experience:

1-2 years in telecalling, customer service, call centers, or sales

Automotive Knowledge:

Basic understanding of car models, features, pricing, and dealership operations

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in

CRM tools

Communication Skills:

Clear, confident, and professional communication (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)

Call Handling Skills:

Experience handling high volumes of inbound & outbound calls

Lead Management:

Ability to nurture leads, follow up consistently, and close appointments

Track record of achieving or exceeding targets
