:

We are hiring a female Telecaller to manage client communications and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong spoken English skills, be a quick learner, and possess basic computer knowledge. This role involves reaching out to leads, maintaining data records, and supporting basic marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries Follow up with potential clients and maintain engagement Update and manage client details in Google Sheets Support with basic admin tasks Provide accurate information about services offered Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in English and Tamil

Requirements:

Female candidates only

2 years of experience in Telecalling Good spoken English skills Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and computer usage Must be a quick learner and self-motivated Prior experience in telecalling or counselling is a plus (not mandatory)
