We are looking for a persuasive and results-driven
Telecaller
to join our admissions/sales team. The role involves contacting prospective students or parents, informing them about our courses/programs, and guiding them through the admission process. You will play a crucial role in converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
Provide detailed information about courses, programs, fee structures, and admission procedures.
Understand student/parent requirements and suggest suitable programs.
Follow up on leads via phone, email, and SMS to ensure maximum conversion.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and call data.
Schedule counseling sessions or appointments with the admissions team when necessary.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle objections and answer queries professionally and convincingly.
Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies.
Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
0 - 3 years of experience in telecalling/sales/customer service (experience in education sector preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools.
Language proficiency: [e.g., English, Hindi, regional language].
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary:
12000 - 18000
