We are looking for a

result-driven and persuasive Telecaller

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into admissions/sales, and providing excellent customer service. Alongside sales activities, you will also assist with light administrative tasks to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Make

outbound calls

to prospective students/customers to promote courses, programs, or services and achieve sales/enrollment targets Handle

inbound calls

, resolve queries, and provide accurate and engaging information

Follow up on leads

promptly to maximize conversion rates Maintain and update

student/customer databases

, call logs, and daily sales reports Assist with

appointment scheduling

, data entry, and other basic administrative tasks Collaborate with the counseling/marketing team to execute campaigns and meet monthly revenue goals Provide feedback on customer needs, preferences, and trends to improve services

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline

Proven communication and convincing skills

with a passion for sales Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling) Pleasant personality with a confident and student-friendly approach Ability to work under pressure and meet

daily/weekly/monthly targets

Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
