Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to prospective students/customers to promote courses, programs, or services and achieve sales/enrollment targets
Handle
inbound calls
, resolve queries, and provide accurate and engaging information
Follow up on leads
promptly to maximize conversion rates
Maintain and update
student/customer databases
, call logs, and daily sales reports
Assist with
appointment scheduling
, data entry, and other basic administrative tasks
Collaborate with the counseling/marketing team to execute campaigns and meet monthly revenue goals
Provide feedback on customer needs, preferences, and trends to improve services
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline
Proven communication and convincing skills
with a passion for sales
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling)
Pleasant personality with a confident and student-friendly approach
Ability to work under pressure and meet
daily/weekly/monthly targets
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
