The telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services, handle inquiries, provide information, and secure appointments This role requires excellent communication skills.
Initiate telephonic contact with potential and existing customers to generate leads or sales.
Explain product features and benefits to customers.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with clients.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
