We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and/or inbound calls to customers. The Telecaller will be responsible for promoting products or services, handling queries, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or sales.
Answer incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, services, or support.
Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
Follow up with interested leads or existing customers.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and outcomes.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude on calls at all times.

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer support is an advantage.
Good communication skills in [Insert required languages - e.g., English, Hindi, regional language].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure.
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in cold calling or lead generation.
Knowledge of sales techniques and closing strategies.
Confidence and a persuasive speaking style.
