Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, explaining products or services, answering queries, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in new customers and retaining existing ones through excellent communication and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.

Maintain a database of customer information and call records.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers through regular follow-up.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

Handle customer complaints or queries professionally and escalate if needed.

Provide feedback to management about customer needs, problems, and interests.

Keep up-to-date with company products, promotions, and policies.

Key Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills in [Malayalam / English/ ]. Good listening and persuasion skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems). Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude. Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
