Job Description

Triplet International is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, promoting services, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain services/products clearly and convincingly over the phone. Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries promptly. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups. Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets. Provide feedback and support to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred. Excellent communication skills. Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
