Job Description
- Responsible for day-to-day Client follow-ups, Client relationships, Telecalling, and business development in terms of Leads to client conversion.
- Should be fluent in English, Hindi & Bengali.
- Must be a Graduate.
- Should have practical knowledge in basic computer skills .
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
