• Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers through phone calls.
• Sales and Conversion: Converting prospects into customers by explaining products/services and handling objections.
• Customer Communication: Building rapport, understanding customer needs, and providing personalized solutions.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales results.
• Collaboration: Working with sales and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Problem Solving: Addressing customer complaints and finding solutions during calls.
• Process Improvement: Providing feedback on scripts and suggesting improvements to customer engagement.
