Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and personable Caller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients and prospects via telephone, providing excellent service, and supporting sales initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Fluency in both English is highly desirable to facilitate communication with a diverse client base. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and capable of maintaining a positive attitude during all interactions.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to clients and prospects to promote products and services Respond promptly and courteously to inbound calls, providing accurate information Enter data accurately into the company database during calls Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services Maintain professional phone etiquette at all times Analyse call data to improve communication strategies and customer engagement Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall service quality

Requirements

Proven experience in data entry, telemarketing, or customer service roles preferred Bilingual skills in English are highly advantageous Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills Good analysis skills to interpret customer needs and behaviour patterns Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism Organised with the ability to manage time effectively Demonstrated upselling abilities to maximise sales opportunities Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly yet professional demeanour
