Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident

Telecaller

to connect with customers, explain products/services, and support sales and customer engagement activities. The role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound and handle inbound calls to customers Explain company products and services clearly Generate leads and support sales activities Follow up with customers and maintain records Address customer queries in a polite and professional manner

Candidate Requirements

Female candidates only Good communication skills in Malayalam (English/Hindi is an added advantage) Basic computer knowledge Ability to convince and engage customers Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
