Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, across India, and international markets
. We are looking for a confident and motivated
Tele Caller
to support our sales and customer outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain company products and services clearly
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Follow up with customers and maintain call records
Handle customer queries and provide basic information
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Update customer data in CRM or records
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
Prior experience as Tele Caller or Customer Support preferred
Good communication skills in
English & Malayalam
(Tamil/Hindi is an advantage)* Ability to convince and build customer relationships
Basic computer knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
